Did you know that finishing touches on a wrapped gift can be very unique and can show the personality of the gift giver or receiver? Some of the things I like to use are crocheted doilies on bright foil paper, bits of lace & Victorian black buttons, fancy folded hankies, even old empty thread spools. Surprising what a little imagination can do - AND - not so surprising, many of these items can be found in my Ebay listings & in my Ebay Store. Did you know that newspapers make great gift wrap with the right finishing touches? A seamstress could have old buttons glued on the paper to make a face or other design for instance. Grandpa smoke a pipe? Try making a design from fuzzy pipe cleaners glued to the package. Let your mind run rampant & take the boredom out of the same old, same old wrapping job!
