Can I return my purchase for a full refund?
Yes, you can return it back within 14 days of item being received and we will gladly provide you with a refund. Read more.
Can I combine all my winning items?
Yes, you can combine all your winning items. Here is how. You will receive payment notification for each winning item. Disregard those notification emails if you are not done shopping yet. Let us know after all your winning auctions have ended and you are ready to pay. We will email updated invoice to you. To qualify "Combined Shipping Fee", you must make One Time Payment for all items. After payment is made, you no longer can add an additional item to previous order as combined shipping. Item/items will be considered as a separate new order. So, please double check your item/items on invoice before making payment.
Will sterling silver jewelry tarnish and how to take care of sterling silver jewelry?
All Sterling Silver jewelry will tarnish with time, as soon as Sterling Silver makes contact with Oxygen, tarnishing will begin. Please note your Sterling Silver jewelry will not discolor immediately, usually pieces that are cared for will not tarnish for a year or so. Tarnish can easily be taken off your jewelry with a Sterling Silver Polishing Cloth. Read more.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, UK and Australia. Shipping and Handling by USPS First Class International Mail is $3.75, for Priority International Mail is $23.75 and for Express Mail International is $28.35. Read more.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Domestic order: 2-5 business days for USPS Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Package®), 2-3 business days for USPS Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail®), 1 business day for USPS One-Day Shipping (USPS Express Mail®). Read more.
International order: 12-21 days for USPS First Class Mail, 7-11 days for USPS Priority Mail and 4-6 days for Express mail. Delivery time also depend on Custom clearance. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Read more.
What is your return policy?
If you feel that our jewelry doesn't meet your expectation you can send it back within 14 days for a full refund. Item must be returned in the same condition as received, not worn with all tags and papers. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
