How long does it take for shipment?
Shipment is dispatched by Registered Airmail of the Hong Kong Post Office unless otherwise specified. Shipping time is below:
US, Canada, AU, UK, Japan, 2 to 3 weeks
EU, 2 to 4 weeks
Russia, S. America, 2 to 6 weeks
However, in some occasions, the parcel may be held by the custom for inspection which may cause a delay of up to 2 weeks. |
Is there any Import duty/VAT/GST?
We will try our best to minimize the liability of import duty. Upon buyer's request, we will send the parcel as gift and declare lower value.
However, we don't guarantee 100% import duty free and buyer shall be responsible for any import duty imposed.

How many year of warranty will be included?

All Citizen, Casio and Tissot watches will be provided with original warranty card or booklet. For Seiko watches, unless otherwise specified, warranty card is not included. Warranty is from seiko hong kong. In case of repair, please send the watch back to me for seiko hong kong to repair. |

What is the return policy?
We guarantee 100% Money Back if watch is not brand New or Original or is defective. Watch must be returned within 14 days in its original condition without any physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc.).
