I had to pay customs twice (ebay and at the door) because the item was not shipped through global shipping program. In my opinion the seller should have known that. ebay said the value on the parcel was not identical with the amount I paid. So they can't do a refund and I should talk to the delivery service. The delivery service said they can't do a refund because it was declared wrong on the parcel. The seller said it was all ok and don't want to make refund as well.
