| Returns |
| We accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, orders fall under 1 year warranty terms and conditions. A return will include a full refund, minus the cost of shipping both ways. Items must be returned in original condition, unassembled, un-used, and original packaging. All refunds are applied to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. If an order was paid for by check or money order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for a refund check to be mailed.

| Warranty |
| All products have a 1 year warranty on the parts. If a part breaks due to a defect of the item, Idealsalons.com will replace the part free of charge with no additional shipping costs for the customer. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void the warranty. The warranty does not include labor or installation of the parts and Idealsalons does not provide assistance with installation or repair.

| Shipping Policy |
| Orders require 1-3 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Once shipped, shipping times vary, but usually take 1-7 business days for U.S. orders depending on your location. If a correct email address is provided, tracking information will be sent once shipped.

| Damage due to Shipping |
| Items damaged due to shipping must be reported to Idealsalons within 15 days of the order date to qualify for a replacement. Replacements are sent free of charge for items which are damaged during shipping and by the carrier.

| Taxes |
| Idealsalons shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within CA. No sales tax is applied to orders outside of CA. | |
