I do not know if it was Fedex who messed it up or the seller. The box was repackaged by Fedex and arrived without the ring clip that holds the assembly together. It did not arrive in a functional state. It was also damaged during shipping. There were plenty of packing peanuts so the seller did intend to protect the boring head. It did not hold however. The body arrived scuffed and there is damage to the screw that is severe.
