 Illinois Wholesale Auction Policies:
Item Description:
You are bidding solely on what is pictured in the photographs and listed in the item description, unless otherwise stated. If an item, accessory, or peripheral unit is not listed in the description, depicted in any photographs, or listed on the package item list, then it is not included. If you are not sure about something regarding the auction you are bidding on, please contact Illinois Wholesale right away – do not assume anything about a listing!
Payment must be received within 48 hours of the close of auction. After this time, availability of the product cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to make payment within this time period, please alert Illinois Wholesale to your situation, and we will do our best to work with you. After 8 days of non-payment without notification, Illinois Wholesale will file a non-paying buyer notification and the item will be relisted. Illinois Wholesale reserves the right to void or cancel auctions at any time for any reason.
Buyer Feedback:
Illinois Wholesale will leave feedback for buyers only after reciprocal feedback has been left. Please, contact us first if there is any problem with your order or product, so that we may do our best to resolve any issue before you leave us either Negative or Neutral feedback. Illinois Wholesale promises to go to any length to provide you with superior customer service and to resolve any issue you have in a timely manner.
Bid Cancellation:
Illinois Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel bids by individuals with excessive negative feedback and/or unpaid bid strikes.
Compatibility Issues:
The purchaser is responsible for assuring compatibility of any product. Please read the listing carefully before placing a bid, as all information Illinois Wholesale has about an item will be listed. The accuracy of this information is not warranted by Illinois Wholesale, as the original text was written by the manufacturer. If you find that you have any questions regarding an item, please either visit the manufacturer’s website or call the manufacturer’s customer service department BEFORE bidding.
 Warranty and Returns:
ILLINOIS WHOLESALE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PLASMA DISPLAY
- Items in need of replacement must be returned to Illinois Wholesale within 30 days of receipt. These items must be received in their original packaging, accompanied by a packing slip and RMA number (please see Return Procedures below). After 30 days, Illinois Wholesale assumes no responsibility for the product, and the purchaser must contact the product manufacturer.
- Returned items must not show any signs of abuse or damage. Illinois Wholesale will inspect items upon receipt to insure the item has not suffered any damage or abuse before issuing refunds, credits, or replacements.
- Any item found not to be defective after inspection is subject to a return shipping charge.
- Please pack any item returning to Illinois Wholesale in it’s original packaging, insured for the full purchase price, and provide a tracking number to Illinois Wholesale.
- Returns will not be accepted if packaging is damaged or any items are missing.
- Please report any short-shipments, DOA products, or product deviations within 5 days from the delivery date. After this time period, Illinois Wholesale assumes no responsibility for mis-shipments.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a replacement is not available, Illinois Wholesale will issue a refund for the purchase price of the equipment.
- All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Illinois Wholesale assumes no responsibility for items that are lost during shipment.
 Return Procedures:
Please email Illinois Wholesale (bdaniels@illinoiswholesale.com) for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number immediately upon realizing you will need to return your merchandise. Please package the equipment carefully to prevent damage during shipment. The original packaging must be used, and the original packing slip must accompany the merchandise. The RMA number must be written both on the packing slip and clearly on the outside of the box. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days or the original 30 day return period, whichever expires first. Packages without a clearly displayed RMA number, or invalid or expired RMA number cannot be accepted by Illinois Wholesale.
Taxes:
Buyers within the states of California (CA), Maryland (MD), Tennessee (TN), and Illinois (IL) are subject to local state taxes.
Canadian customers are responsible for any tax, duty, or custom charges their local tax agency may apply.
 Shipping Information:
US Shipments
- Illinois Wholesale will ship via UPS or FedEx. The choice of carrier is solely at the discretion of Illinois Wholesale.
- Please allow 3-4 days business days after payment is received for your order to ship.
Canadian Shipments
- Illinois Wholesale will ship via FedEx or UPS, at their discretion.
- Please allow 3-4 business days after payment is received for your order to be shipped.
- Canadian customers assume responsibility for any tax, duty, or custom charges their carrier or local tax authority may charge.
International Shipments
- At this time, Illinois Wholesale does not ship internationally.

NOTE:
Payment MUST be received within 48 hours of auction close. Any unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 8 days and a Non-Payment report will be filed with eBay to recover any fees associated with the close of the auction.
