After I purchased this item, the seller double-checked the part number and realized it was different from what he listed. He contacted me about this and gave me the option to back out. I was able to verify that the deck would fit our lawn mower, so I told him to send it. It arrived just a few days later in the exact condition described by the seller. Definitely recommended if you have a stiff neck condition like I do. Came in quite quick than the expected delivery date. Just when the packaging came in, the memory foam pillows look like they've been deflated. But nothing like using a heat dryer will fix that! Solid 10 for me if you're looking for two pillows than a single.
