Definitely recommended if you have a stiff neck condition like I do. Came in quite quick than the expected delivery date. Just when the packaging came in, the memory foam pillows look like they've been deflated. But nothing like using a heat dryer will fix that! Solid 10 for me if you're looking for two pillows than a single.
