SHS Audio Company warrants this instrument solely to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for Lifetime under normal use.
This warranty must be filled out entirely and mailed in within 15 days and must have a copy of the sales receipt in order to be valid. You must retain a copy of the sales receipt and it must accompany the instrument in the event of future warranty coverage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following is not covered by this warranty.
1) Any instrument that has been subject to extremes of temperature and/or humidity.
2) Any damage to the headstock or neck.
3) Normal wear and tear (i.e. machine heads, plating, pickguards, finish cracking,
fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, batteries and strings.)
4) Setup or adjustment issues that are considered standard maintenance.
5) Damages or wear as a result of body acids and/or salts to the finish or hardware.
6) Any modifications or alterations to the instrument void the warranty.
7) Instruments that are not purchased by an authorized Indiana Guitar Company dealer.
8) Warranty repairs done by anyone other than an Indiana Guitar Company
authorized service center.
9) Shipping damages of any kind.
10) Subjective matters such as tone, action and playability.
CLAIM PROCEDURES
In the event that there is warranty claim, the original purchaser of the instrument must contact an SHS Audio service center for authorized work. If there is no service center nearby, you must contact Indiana Guitar Company for a return authorization number and the instrument must be shipped freight and insurance prepaid along with a sales receipt of proof of purchase for validation of a warranty repair. A quotation will be given for any non-warranty
repairs and will be valid for a period of 10 days. All repaired instruments and/or
parts will be returned prepaid by Indiana Guitar Company. Any unauthorized repairs done to the instrument will void the warranty.
