 Q: Why some cartridges are chipped?
  A: The main purpose of the chip is that it records the ink usage that printer and computer can read rather than detecting the physical ink level inside cartridge. Without the chip, computer won't be able to know when the ink is going low. It's VERY important NOT to print when ink is empty as it will damage the EXPENSIVE print head.
 Q: Tracking number shows no result, why?
  A: Please do not worry, tracking result will usually start to show when package reaches your nearest distribution centre, usually on the day of delivery.
 Q: Do I void my printer's warranty using compatible cartridges?
  A: No, absolutely not. Manufacturers don't have right to force you using specific type of ink cartridge.
 Q: Do you allow local pickup?
  A: No. We only post.
 Q: When do you post the items?
  A: Most of the time we'll post the items within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. If we can't, we will notify you. In our area, Australia Post collects mails from their red street posting boxes at 6pm Monday to Friday and Sunday, excluding public holidays. We will tend to post ONLY on the day that Australia Post will collect the mails.
 Q: It seems to be taking so long but the item still doesn't arrive.
  A: If you don't receive the item within reasonable days, please try to contact your nearest Post Office because items are too big and can't fit your mailbox so postman bring it back to Post Office but forgot to leave a "card" to notify you (this happens occasionally). If no luck, please contact us immediately and we will try to solve it together.
 Q: Can I send echeque (Paypal)?
  A: No. We only accept instant payment of Paypal. Instant means fund is sourced from either Paypal balance OR your credit card.
 Q: Is the product picture in the listing the actual product itself?
  A: Some yes, some no. The reason is that our products are imported from various sources and sometimes they look slightly different, although they still serve exactly the same function and 100% compatible.
 Q: Do you provide Tax Invoice?
  A: No, we are not registered to GST and we do not require to provide "Tax Invoice". ALL prices DO NOT include GST (THAT'S WHY WE ARE CHEAP). However a proper Invoice with our ABN shown can be issued upon request.
 Q: What's your return policy?
  A: Please check with the listing.
 Q: I still don't receive my package, Australia Post probably lost it, so what now?
  A: Contact us immediately.
 Q: Why am I not receiving any feedback score yet?
  A: By default, system will automatically give u +'ve score after we have received +'ve feedback. Because we believe that a satisfactory transaction involves both buyer and seller. We want to make sure our customer is happy and the transaction has no problem.
 Q: Are these inks compatible for my printer?
  A: 90% you can find the answer by searching in google. Simply put your printer model follow by "au", eg "DCP-375CW au", it should give you the official AU page of your printer as 1st result. In that page, click the tag or link that says "consumable", it should then tell you what inks that printer is using. Please contact us if still unsure.
 Q: Can I give you negative or neutral feedback (because there is an issue)?
  A: Neg./Neutral feedback are harming our business. If you leave them WITHOUT contacting us, we will assume you don't want business with us anymore. In this case we will block your ebay id and also we won't provide 30-day warranty to you.
 Q: Why am I blocked?
  A: Just let you know, we tried 200% harder to make everyone satisfied. You are blocked because you either left neutral/negative feedback without contacting us, bid and unpaid or being UNREASONABLE during transaction. For our security measures we need to block you from harming our business. If you still wish to deal with us, please contact us directly.
 Q: The model number printed on the box is not exactly the model as advertised in listing, although the numbering is the same, are they really the right inks for me?
  A: Yes, they are. The model number printed on the box is JUST the item code for the factory.
 Q: What should I do when clogging happens?
  A: Clogging means there is something that blocks the nozzle, so the nozzle is printing nothing but air. Again, this might hurt the nozzle, so please do Nozzle Check & Cleaning in printer's Maintenance window. It's also important that you should use printer once in awhile, eg once a week, in order to prevent clogging.
