We offer FREE SHIPPING on almost all of the cartridges we sell (Standard Shipping, 2-5 business days, within the contiguous 48 United States). If you need your cartridges delivered faster, you can upgrade, at an additional cost, to a faster method. We can ship, but do not offer free shipping, to addresses outside the United States. We process and ship orders Mon – Fri, excluding holidays.

In most cases we can ship to addresses around the world. Please note, there are some cartridges we will not ship outside the contiguous 48 United States.

If you order two or more products from us, they may ship separately. If you received FREE SHIPPING we won't charge you for the separate shipments.

We are unable to select which shipping company/carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.

Our Easy Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your cartridge purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. With our 60 day Easy Return Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. Here are the details.

You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.

If you purchased a cartridge you no longer need or don't want to use, it must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you have a defective cartridge you can return it for a full refund, replacement, or exchange - Even if you have opened the packaging and attempted to use the cartridge. If you have a defective cartridge, we will pay all return shipping costs.

Before returning your order, contact us for specific return directions.

Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund/replacement/exchange will be processed. If you are receiving a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
