We remanufacture and refill every HP, Lexmark, and Dell inkjet cartridge with a vacuum system. If filled with just a syringe, the failure rate is very HIGH!
Every Lexmark and Dell black inkjet cartridge MUST be taken apart, cleaned and the internal screen replaced! Thus the meaning of remanufactured!
Lexmark black ink, they make Dell as well, turns into a shoe polish like thickness over time. If they are refilled without this process, they will fail prematurely! Thus the meaning of re-filled!
