1. How can I pay for my item?

You can pay for your purchase through Paypal. Payments must be received within 2 weeks of auctions ending or orders will be canceled and items will be relisted. Additional time may be given upon request. If extra time is needed to make a Paypal payment, for any reason, please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate.

2. Will you leave me feedback?

Of course! We love to leave positive feedback. All we ask is that you leave us positive feedback when you receive the item. If, for ANY reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We guarantee all positive feedback to be returned.

3. Do you offer shipping discounts?

The shipping price is listed for each item. Shipping discounts should automatically be given when purchasing more than one item, if not, simply request an invoice and we will send the correct total.

4. What is your return policy?

We personally inspect all of our merchandise to make sure it isn’t damaged. We offer exchanges and additional shipping reimbursement ONLY if we have shipped the wrong item. Cash back refunds will be agreed upon at our discretion and only given once the item in question has been returned to us. We have a 7 day return/exchange policy, which means we must be notified of any problems within a week of receiving the item. Extra time is allotted to handle each situation, but you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your order for returns, exchanges or refunds to be acknowledged. Shipping is NOT refundable. Again, please contact us and we will do our best to fix any situation that may arise.

5. IMPORTANT Additional Notes:

U.S. shipping costs are non-negotiable, if you are bidding from another country please contact us to find out additional shipping costs. California customers are subject to sales tax. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages unless your package was insured. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance at checkout to protect your purchase. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received Monday-Sunday.

6. Terms & Conditions:

By placing a bid you agree to all of our practices and policies. Your bid is a contract- If you are the winning bidder you have entered into a legally binding contract in which you agree to pay for each item you have won. Please bid only if you are serious. Shipping and handling is a condition of sale and it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping information. Our system will process your order according to the address you enter. If a package is returned to us and requires extra shipping, additional S&H will be charged. The seller’s responsibility ends as soon as the package has been taken to the post office. Again, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages unless insurance has been purchased.
