 | A: We normally ship orders within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping times vary by item and shipping method. Estimated times are given at the bottom of the page for USPS Priority Mail, First Class, Parcel Post & Media Mail. Some items ship from our factory, in which case ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS INCLUDED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. |

 | A: The shipping and handling charge varies by item and shipping method. It will be described in the listing. Sometimes, depending on the item, we use a shipping calculator. For these items, just enter your zip code to find out what the shipping cost is. |

 | A: Any item that says "7-12 business days" for shipping time in the item description will ship from the factory. As a general rule, all of our mousepads, keychains, belt buckles, money clips, and coasters will ship from the factory (and this will be clearly indicated in the item listing). |

 | A: Yes! We ship most of our items internationally. We ship to most countries. Sometimes, there is an item which we cannot ship to certain countries due to postal, customs, or other regulations. In this case, such a country will not be available in the "drop down" country list for that listing. |

 | A: Yes! Information on combined shipping is included in the listing. Our minimum combined shipping discount is $2.00 off for each additional item. Some listings offer a greater discount. We frequently further reduce shipping costs for larger orders. |

 | A: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of an item. To be eligible for refund, items must be returned in the same condition with appropriate packing slips and materials. Refunds can be given as either money back or store (or auction) credit. Any defective merchandise will be replaced with a new item if possible. |
