Answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions

Order Status
We understand our customers are anxious to receive their orders ASAP. We upload all tracking number to every eBay transaction daily excluding weekends and holidays. Certain small items we ship with USPS economy class mail, therefore those order you will see the tracking number being 000000, for US economy class mail, please allow 7- 10 business days for delivery. Those orders with tracking, please feel free to track them in 3 business days for updated status. If you still have questions about your orders, please feel free to contact our customer care department.

Volume Order
Our prices are very competitive and our margins are very limited. We try our best to keep prices low for our customers. Most of the products we sell are already at close to wholesale prices. Our inventory is shared among numerous marketplaces, therefore certain inventory level is not always at its optimal accuracy. Please always call or email us to check on large quantity purchases. International Order
We can accept orders from any country in the world as long as you meet the following conditions:
Must use bank wire
Must pay for shipping method with tracking
Must accept custom duties
Contact us if to make special arrangement or if you have other questions.

We prefer Paypal payments for all our eBay orders.

Credit Card
We currently only accept Visa Master Card, there will be a 3% credit card fee charged. If purchase amount over $100.00, we require our customer to to make a copy of credit card and ID or take a picture of these documents. You may either email or fax to us before we can take a charge. 

Domestic Shipping
We ship most of our orders below 1 LB to all United States locations with FreeShipping to lower 48 states by USPS Economy, First Class,Priority, DHL, Over 1 LB orders may go by USPS Priority or Fedex. 

International Shipping 
We currently ship to countries listed on our listings. If your country is not on the listed countries. Shipping method to these countries used are listed on our listings. We’ll use international First Class, Priority, Express or Fedex. Any duty fees will be responsible by our international customers. 

Will-Call Orders
Will-Call orders are welcomed but based on appointment only. Please commit purchase, make payment, and call us for pickup.

Order cancellation
Our order processing time is normally one business day, most of the orders received by noon is likely to be shipped the next day by noon or sometimes 4pm Pacific Standard Time. If you made a mistake purchasing an item and made payments already, but you would like to have it canceled before it is shipped, we are happy to cancel the order and make an instant refund to avoid further complications. Product Warranty 
By default, all our new and refurbished products come with 1 year warranty unless specified on the auction. All warranty need to be claimed through us, not the manufacturer. 

Return Policy:

Our goal is for customers to purchase items that they need. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, we have a very flexible return policy as follows:

90 days return/exchange from date of purchase on all items purchased from us.
30 days unconditional money back guarantee, we cover your return shipping if our products are defective.
Return Procedures:
Email our customer support team to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, when sending this request, please address the issue clearly and in details if possible, if we are not able to help you to solve the issue then we will issue you an RMA# right away to make return arrangements. 
Our goal is to help our customers to keep the products they purchased, however if it’s not the case, we have absolutely no problems taking any returns back within the allowed time frame.
