Really good communication. Unfortunately there was an issue with the desktop, and the seller very quickly said to do a return and provided the return label. Once they received the item, they inspected and gave a full refund with a day after receiving it back.
It's too bad the desktop wasn't working properly, but the seller handled it incredibly well, and I'd 100% buy from them again.
