 | A: All orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of payment, except weekends and holidays. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 days, depending on your location.
If you have recently moved, please make sure your address on file with PayPal is correct. 99% of returned packages are due to incorrect Paypal addresses. |

 | A: No, not usually. Most items in our store are very inexpensive, and to purchase a tracking number costs more than the item itself. We ship hundreds of orders every month, and have less than one package a year lost in the mail. If you need a tracking number, please request it before paying, so that we can add it to your invoice. |

 | A: Yes. All international orders are shipped promptly, but please remember that international shipping is sometimes lengthy, and packages can often get held up in customs. You will receive an email from us when your order ships. Again, please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address. |
