General Shipping Information:
All packages will ship within 4 business days after receipt of cleared payment. If the item is purchased with 'Get it Fast' the item is guaranteed to be shipped within 1 business day. We will stay in communication with all customers until the transaction is completed to mutual satisfaction.
Domestic Shipping Information:
Please see calculated options for your zip code. Exact shipping charged by weight, NO handling fees. If you purchase more than one item we will check the calculated shipping fees to ensure they are exact by weight. We’ll send a new invoice if necessary with 24 hours or if you remit payment immediately (which is always good) we will refund any differences. We are not responsible for the domestically shipped items once we have notified the buyer that it has been carefully packaged, so please buy insurance.
International Shipping Information:
All our international packages are shipped via United States Post Office in conjunction with your domestic mail service. We charge the EXACT price by weight as shown at usps.com plus a required $5.00 international handling fee per package shipped (which will be included in your quote). All packages will be combined and weighed together for most economical shipping. We are pleased to be able to insure ALL packages through the Fireman's Fund. All freight costs INCLUDE insurance ($2.50 for the first $100.00 coverage and $1.00 for every $100.00 coverage after that) so that both buyer and seller are protected and guaranteed against loss, theft or damage. Refunds will be made 45 days after the shipping day and upon receipt of an email from the buyer stating that the package has not been received, an itemization of what was in the package with the sale price of each item. Options for shipping will be given according to weight, size and destination. These options may include the following: 1. 1st class - package must weigh less than 4 lbs and be 36 cubic inches or less. This method takes at least 2 weeks to customs, NO tracking. 2. Priority mail takes up to 10 days to your destination, NO tracking. 3. Express Mail, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! This method takes 3 to 5 days to customs, INCLUDES tracking. Express mail will be required for all international orders over $150.00. BE AWARE: 1. THAT YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED IN CUSTOMS FOR AS LONG AS THEY FEEL NECESSARY. INTEGRITY MILITARY SURPLUS HAS NO CONTROL OVER THIS, NOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DURATION.
