| A:Return Policy ONLY applies to regular orders, sample orders do not have this option available.
Contact us first, we will try to find a solution to your issue.
If the reason of the return involves fault from our part, we will provide a full refund.
All other returns will be subject to return fees. NO ORDERS WILL BE RECEIVED 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY |
| Q:What are some of those reasons by which there will be charges for my return? |

| A:Here are a list of few of them:
-Change in mind about the design
-Change in mind about the material of the tiles
-"That wasn't what I saw on the listing"
-"They feel different than I thought"
-"I don't think they'll look good on my ceiling" and others, some customers are really creative...

| Q:What are the steps to follow if I want to return my order? |

| A:If we are unable to help you out and continue with the return, then here are the guidelines:
-All the contents of the package must be present
-The products must be in perfect condition
-Return Shipping charges are at the customer's expense
-10% Restocking fee for returns within 15 days, 25% fee for returns between 15 to 30 days of delivery. |
| Q:Why is the Return Policy that strict? I'm not that sure about the tiles, what should I do? |

| A:We made them that strict because we want the customers to first get samples so they familiarize with the product, we don't want them to make the wrong choices because they lose both money and time.
Once the customer has seen/felt the product, we know that they will be able to place their orders with more confidence. |
| Q:Why is your Shipping & Handling fees somewhat high? The tiles are made of Styrofoam, shouldn't they be light? |

| A:The problem is not the weight but the size, the freight companies charge based on the size of the box, UPS even worse. Our smallest box is only 2lbs but its dimensions are 20" x 20" x 2", yet even within our State, the S&H cost for it doesn't go below $17 That's why we are taking care of that cost by offering Free Shipping for orders of 16 or more |
| Q:I see that some listings offer free shipping, is it true? |

| A:Yes, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all of our regular orders (Buy It Now) as long as the amount of tiles is 16 pieces or more.
Orders below 16 pieces will be subject to Shipping and Handling charges. |
| Q:How fast are orders processed? |
|
| A:Orders are processed as soon as we receive the invoice from eBay, while we contact you and wait for payment, the package is put together and ready to ship out. Our orders are shipped out around 12-3 pm Eastern Time. So, if we receive the payment before said time, the package will be going out the same day, if later, it will go out the next day. |
| Q:What about the shipping time? |
|
| A:That is really on the hands of the freight company, but usually, orders inside Florida arrive within 1-2 days, to neighborhood States it takes within 3-4 days, and to the other coast (California, etc) it takes within 6-7 business days. Delivery to rural areas is much less predictable and might take longer than expected. Please, order ahead of time. |
