Once payment has cleared we dispatch every order received before 12 noon on the same day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver to the UK the next working day (although they cannot guarantee delivery times). If your UK postal address is a long way from Surrey please allow an extra day for normal First Class delivery. For the rest of Europe please allow 1 to 5 days for delivery by airmail. For North & South America and Canada please allow 5-12 days for delivery by airmail.
