We are available to answer the phone Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. If for some reason, we do not answer, please leave a message with name, telephone number and your question. We will return your call as soon as possible, but never on Saturday or Sunday.

RETURN POLICY:
If you need to return an item, you MUST contact us first by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of item.
An item must be returned within seven days of receipt. Refund will be given as money back.
Return Policy Details: We will give a full refund if any item is misrepresented or there is a mistake in our listing. We will not refund for size differences because all sizes and/or necessary measurements are in our listings. Please check your measurements to ours before bidding.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee for an item returned for any reason other than above as agreed to by both parties.
