Return Policy
We care about our customers and will always try to help you, so if you have any problems please contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to resolve problems; we understand the concern and frustration you may have and will do our very best to resolve any and all issues. PLEASE CONTACT US AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE BEFORE LEAVING ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR OPENING ANY DISPUTES ON PAYPAL. All communications are handled by our customer service team through e-mail, we strive to answer all emails as quickly as possible, however in the case of an urgent issue. Please call 908-903-1200 between 8:30 am - 5 pm (EST), Monday through Friday for expedited service.

We know it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. We want to make it easy.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Instructions:

Your return must be postmarked within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

You DO NOT need a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

You may return anything unused or unaltered for a refund, exchange or store credit, whatever you prefer. Unaltered means that restoration, painting, major cleaning, or change of any kind has occurred.

Complete the returns from on reverse side of your invoice/order packing slip.

Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed returns form.

Affix the provided return address label over the original shipping label on your package.

The return address label provided by IMA is not pre-paid. It is only an adhesive label with our correct address.

Take this package to your preferred shipping carrier.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) unless the product error was the fault of IMA. For items purchased with "free shipping" the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend you insure the return and get a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund, exchange or credit in the event of a lost or damaged return.

We refund money by the same method used for purchase.

A credit or exchange will not be issued until IMA reviews the returned merchandise.

IMA reserves the right to have 7 business days to review any and all returns, but we typically handle returns within a few business days.

Due to the nature of our products, reviewing returns can be a long and involved process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you do not have your original invoice/packing slip, simply ship your merchandise to: IMA Returns Department, 1000 Valley Road, Gillette, NJ, 07933, USA. Be sure to include a brief note telling us your name, order number (if you have it), explanation as to why you are returning your item and how you'd like us to proceed (refund, store credit, exchange).

Feedback Policy
We leave feedback immediately after feedback is left for IMA. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL US AND WAIT FOR A RESPONSE BEFORE LEAVING ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR OPENING ANY DISPUTES ON PAYPAL. Negative feedback and PayPal disputes should be used as a VERY LAST RESORT. We will resolve your issue before either option is required- that is a promise.

Restocking Fees
While we try very hard to avoid any restocking fees, in some very rare instances such as large, complex, or special orders, IMA Inc reserves the right to apply a 20% surcharge of the overall order cost. Applying restocking fees is very unusual and the typical return will not have a restocking fee applied.

International Shipping Policy
ALL IMPORT DUTIES (such as VAT), IMPORT TAXES, DELIVERY SURCHARGES, BROKERAGE FESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPORT RELATED CHARGE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. We will not accept returns for refused deliveries from international destinations.

Cancellation Requests
Due to multiple warehouses, the pace of eBay fulfillment requirements, and high order volume we are unable to honor any order cancellation requests. You are free to return the order for a refund (minus all shipping fees).

Items Damaged in Transit
If you receive a package that appears damaged or which you believe has incurred damage in transit, contact us right away. We will notify UPS about a pending claim. UPS will pick up the parcel for examination. (UPS rules, not ours). UPS will respond to IMA and we will try to ship your replacement order out as soon as possible. If a problem exists and you suspect that it did not arise in shipping, please contact us immediately. UPS claims can take up to four weeks, but typically are resolved sooner. If you received your order by US MAIL please contact IMA immediately.

Delivery Mistakes & Problems
If there is a problem or error with a delivery please contact IMA right away. We retain tracking numbers for all UPS & USPS shipments. We also maintain a secure database of customer addresses. If a mistake was made and IMA is responsible, we will correct it out of our cost. If the mistake was made by the shipping carrier they are responsible for all additional costs but we will work with you to have the issue resolved quickly and completely. If the mistake was the error of the customer, we will do our very best to assist you in completing a successful delivery but the customer will be responsible for all additional fees including the total cost of the order.

Terms and Conditions of Use
By using IMA eBay Store you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions of use, legal policies, Shipping policies, return policies, privacy & security policies as well as all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear anywhere on our listings.

Each time you use the IMA eBay Store, you should visit and review the then current Terms and Conditions of Use that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with IMA, its content or Terms and Conditions of Use, or any other policies implemented you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the IMA Ebay Store. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on this site are strictly prohibited.

Product Display/Colors
The IMA eBay Store and all IMA listings attempt to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on our eBay Listings
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and IMA reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card or paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IMA will issue a credit to your credit card or paypal account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with IMA's Return Policy.

Online prices, offers and selection may vary from our mail order catalogs, websites and retail stores and are subject to change at any time.

Sales Tax Policy
Because IMA does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the IMA eBay Store also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. If you have tax-exempt status, please call (908) 903-1200. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please note: IMA reserves the right not to sell to resellers in some circumstances.

Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa, Master Card, America Express, Discover and PayPal (for items acceptable as defined under the PayPal purchase policy only). Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually have in stock along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

Validating Your Order
After you place an order using the eBay shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit/debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. Paypal orders will be issued a prompt refund in the case of a rejected order.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The IMA eBay Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
IMA may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. IMA also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the user account, the same credit card, the same paypal account, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. IMA reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to IMA's shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please review the Shipping page in our eBay Store for additional information on shipping times, rates, and policies.

Termination of Use
IMA inc may, in its sole discretion, block your ability to purchase from the IMA eBay Store or its listings on eBay at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. IMA reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the IMA eBay Store at any time without prior notice.
