Customer service is a joke , the message back once a day and it's the same thing over and over non sense . They don't back up their products . It didn't work the day I received it . Pictures were sent to them too

The customer first contacted us about the inverter failure a night before. After close communication, it took only one day for us to confirm the problem and provide a return label for him. Yet we do not receive any reply from the customer for more than half a month. And the inverter is not returned to us. We apologize if there is any delay in replying due to the time difference and limited working time. We are trying our best to provide a better customer service.
