How do I purchase land with Land4Less.us,LLC? (We make it an easy 5-step process)




1.   Decide on which property you would like to invest in.


2.  Make an offer by using the EBay "Make an Offer" form or the "Buy it Now" button.  Once your offer has been accepted you would then go to the next step.


3.  Now it's time to pay for your investment land.   You can use any major credit card, electronic check, PayPal or you could use a certified check or money order.  What ever is easier for you.


4.  We will then send you an Email requesting how you would like your name, address, etc. recorded on your new deed.  I will immediatly send your "Land Package" to you through the mail whick included deed, maps, pictures, info, etc. along with everything else you will need regarding your new investment.


5.  The only thing you will need to do is receive your paperwork through the mail.  Some Counties require your signiture on additional paperwork so those will be mailed to you and you can return them to us in the prepaid envelope we always provide.  The ONLY thing you get your papers out of the mail box we do ALL the legwork and paperwork for you.

(Remember the only thing you pay is the purchase price and $199.00 closing cost fee (Doc/Prep Fee).  No additional realtor fees, commisions etc.) Example- Purchase price is $2,500 plus $199.00 closing fee for a total of $2,699 is total purchase price!
