How quickly do you ship and when should I expect my package?
We almost always ship within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the type of shipping used. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2-3 days of shipping. Parcel Post and Media Mail can take 7-14 days (or in rare cases longer). We provide Delivery Confirmation tracking on all of our packages. Insurance is usually optional, but recommended.
Do you ship internationally?

How do you determine shipping costs and do you charge a handling fee?
We charge actual shipping costs only. Shipping prices are determined by the size of the package, weight, and destination. Most of our shipping is done through the USPS and whenever possible we offer a variety of shipping options to best meet your needs.
How can I be assured that my fragile items will arrive safely?
We pride ourselves on our superior packing skills at the Mercantile. We double-box if needed and spare no expense with bubble wrap and other packing materials.
Do you combine shipping charges?
We are happy to combine shipping whenever it is feasible to do so. Email us with your zip code and we will let you know what your shipping charges will be.
What is your return policy?
We strive to make every transaction a pleasant one and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, simply email us and we will provide instructions for returning your package. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!
