Defective - damaged items will be exchanged if possible or refunded.
Customer Requested Returns. Food items not returnable Other non food items may be returned for store credit. Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt and return within 7 days. All returns must have a return auth number on the outside of package. Packages returned without auth will not be credited.

What are your Hours of Operation -Because we are not a retail location we constantly monitor the online stores 7 days a week. If you have a concern you can email us and we will probably be able to answer your question within a couple hours.
What are your shipping terms- Shipping discounts are gladly provided. The Shipping calculators are not always correct. After your purchase is complete and BEFORE you check out. If you have multiple items REQUEST A TOTAL FROM SELLER !!. Your items will be packaged and weighed and a updated invoice will be sent reflecting your combined shipping discount. Shipping choices are normally USPS Priority or UPS. Packages under 3lb usually ship priority.
We also offer Flat Rate shipping boxes. Within the states charges are $9.95 for a regular flat rate box or $12.95 for a Large Flat Rate box.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING- If your shipping cost comes to more then $10.00 contact us before paying. Let us search for the best possible shipping rates for you. In most cases orders can be sent throughout the States for $10.00 or less. Insurance is included on all packages. It is the seller's responsibility to assure safe arrival of all packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer 1st class shipping on some of our smaller items up to 4lbs. Insurance is normally included in the shipping price. Please check individual listings for details. We also ship USPS Priority International and UPS Standard ground to Canada.
IMPORTANT NOTE-- Although 1st class international is less expensive it does take awhile for shipments to arrive to you, sometimes up to 6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping options. All International packages may be subject to cross border fees, customs ans exchanges, ect. These fees are charged by the individual customs offices and are not part of the quoted shipping prices in the listings. Buyer is responsible for all extra fees associated with delivery of there package.
Our shipping and packing is done daily. Most orders are shipped next day after payment clears or 2 days at the latest. Larger orders may need to be packaged from our warehouse which could take longer. You will be notified if any delay occurs in packing or shipping.

Are all items always in stock if I use the checkout system. We try very hard to keep our quantity updated. We do sell on multiple sites so the chance does exist although rare that a item would be out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs and provide you with a estimated ship date. If you prefer to change or cancel your order we will immediately refund your money or change your order.
