We understand that customer service is the backbone of our company. Please review our feedbacks and note that we pride ourselves to ensure that our customers receive the personal attention they deserve. We monitor and reply to any and all e-mail in a timely manner, typically within 24 hours, except on weekends it may take longer to reply. We regard our shipping process as second to none. If for any reason you have a question or concern, please email us before leaving any unfavorable feedback. We always will leave immediate positive feedback upon receiving payment, unlike other sellers who wait for the customer to leave feedback first.

Return Policy for Auction Items:
Our items are purchased from retailers warehouses, they can show additional handling and minor flaws like soil, dirt or makeup that will come out with proper cleaning.
Items may have a loose thread or bead or a slight seam separation and may show signs of being tried on while in the retailers showroom.
None of the above is eligible for refund or credit
Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:
- Must have been purchased through our store.
- Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from when you received it. We are not responsible if items do not arrive to us so we suggest you insure your package.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition with tags and no signs of wear or smells of smoke.

- When we receive your package, you will receive an email. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke or tags are missing, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!
- If you leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
- Return shipping will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an Itlldo error, your refund may include return shipping - up to the original item shipping amount.
- Refunds are given in the form of a store credit minus a $3.00 restocking fee.
