Requirements to Bid

Before
bidding please review eBay's
Bidding Policy and make sure you are aware of your
responsibilities as a buyer.

As
per the eBay policy, once you bid, you have entered a binding contract
under the terms of the listing.
·
Most
of our bidders do pay for their purchases promptly and if you do not
plan on doing that, please do not bid.
eBay’s basic policy is that purchases MUST be paid for within
seven (7) days unless otherwise noted by the seller.
Communication
·
We
answer all emails that we receive promptly, usually within 4 hours
during the normal working day.
·
Once
an email comes into our system, you will receive an automated email
from us which includes our phone number. If you do not receive
this email, we did not get yours or our return email has been blocked
by your email.
·
If
you do not get an auto response, go to our About
Me page and to get our phone number and call us.
Please don't call after 6PM EST or before 8AM EST - you will get our
answering machine most likely.
Shipping Options
·
Please
use the Shipping Calculator located at the bottom of the listing page
for your shipping options and the associated fees.
A few listing have fixed shipping fees – you will see them noted at
the bottom of the listing.
·
Need
your purchase yesterday? Please Contact
Us when you make your payment including the Express Mail
Service charge. We ship just about every day (Monday thru
Friday) but occasionally we take a morning to go shopping for our
clients. If you let us know, we will make sure we get your
purchase out immediately! Please note that paypal
requests we wait 24 hours to ship and we will make an exception upon
occasion.

We
welcome international buyers but if we are not shipping inside the
USA, we ONLY ship using International Express Mail and that is what
you will find quoted when you check the shipping calculator.
Multiple Purchases
·
If
you are purchasing several items from us within three (3) days of each
other, wait until the last item closes.
·
Request
a single invoice with discounted shipping and handling.
·
If
your single invoice for your total purchases exceed $1000, we will pay
your shipping and handling in the USA.
Delivery Time
·
We
ship just about everyday but can not promise how fast the postal
system will deliver your purchase.
·
Your
purchase should arrive within two weeks of our receipt of your cleared
payment if you have chosen Parcel Post and within one week if you paid
for Priority Mail.
·
USPS
Priority Mail has limited tracking – you can check on the usps.com
for the status of your package the day after we ship.
If you have not received your purchase within 7 business
days of the email, check usps.com - you can plug the delivery
confirmation number in and see if they have attempted delivery and
forgot to leave you a notice.
Special Information for Our Paypal Clients

Paypal
is our preferred method of payment so we can get your purchases to you
extra quickly. If you are like us, you want to receive your new
goodies before you forget what you bought!
·
Due
to the increasing amount of fraud, we follow very strict Paypal
guidelines. Please confirm your paypal shipping information is
correct and you have deleted all out dated information PRIOR to paying
for a purchase from us. Once you have made your payment the
shipping information can NOT be changed.
Alternate Addresses and Payment Options
·
eBay
no longer allows us to accept Postal Money Orders or Checks so we are
forced to ship to your confirmed addresses only.
Alternate addresses will NOT be accepted.
International Shipments and Payments
·
For
safety and convenience, we use Insured International Express Mail for
all international deliveries.
·
Don’t
forget to include your telephone number – it is required for all
international deliveries.
·
Payment
is required to be made using a postal money order - in US
Dollars. We are reviewing
other secure payment options – please email us for the most up to
date information.
·
International
buyers please contact us if an item you wish to purchase requires an
immediate payment. Once
you have read our policies and agree to them, we will change listing
payment requirements so you may purchase that item.
Our Return Policy
·
Of
course just about everybody is ecstatic when they receive their
purchases form us and see they really did get what they were hoping
for but if you are not 100% happy you may return what you bought.
·
You
MUST contact us within three (3) days of the receipt to notify us you
are returning your purchase.
·
Once
we have received it back in its original condition – has to be back
within seven (7) days – than we will issue a refund.
·
A
restocking / service fee of 20% will be retained to help defray the
costs of our labor and time. The actual cost of Shipping and
Paypal fees are non-refundable.
Insurance
·
We
highly recommend insuring all shipments. We are not responsible
once a package leaves our location.
·
Our
insurance carrier requires that we not mark the outside of the box
that the package is insured so when you get your purchase and you do
not see any marking on the outside of the box, do not ask for the
insurance fees back.
