We ship out using USPS Priority Mail for Free within the Domestic US. Items purchased will ship out mon-fri and usually within one business day. Tracking emails are sent out as well.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving Paypal Payment (from Confirmed shipping address as per the Paypal Seller Protection Guidelines).

We "double box" ship all orders for added protection. Tracking info is emailed out as well as updated in the Ebay item detail page for your item.

We ship out mon-fri (business days). If an order is received after UPS / USPS pickup for the day (usually by 4pm est) , then it will ship the next business day. We do our best to process orders asap (typically within 24hrs).

Faq's (Frequently asked questions)

When will I receive the tracking number for my item?

You will receive an email when your item is shipped. You can also find the tracking number in the order details in your ebay listing. If your item was shipped to a US address you can track it at UPS unless your address is an APO, FPO, in Hawaii, PR or in Alaska. If that is the case, you track your item at usps.com. All international orders can be tracked at usps.com.

Why is my tracking number not working (For international items shipped with the post office only)?

Sometimes the tracking number is not scanned properly after the package is checked in. It can also mean that there is a delay in customs and it is being held.

Can you change the value of the item for international shipments or mark the item as a “Gift” on customs declarations?

No, we cannot change the value nor can we declare the item a “Gift.” We understand that you don't want to pay a customs tax.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes if I am an international customer?

You are responsible for any duties and taxes assessed by your government and also if any brokerage fee assessed by the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after checkout?

We do not allow any address changes after checkout.

Can I change my item, color or size after checkout?

In order to avoid any errors in processing your order, we are unable to change your order after it has been placed. Please email with us prior to completing your purchase if you have any questions.

Can I pickup my order?

No, we do not allow for local pickups.

Domestic Shipments:

    Free UPS Ground Shipping (typically 3-7 business days) within the Domestic US.
    USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for only $4.99 (that's less than 1/2 of what it typically costs!)
    All APO/FPO/HI/AK/PR and PO Box orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipments:

    USPS Priority Mail for $34.99 (typically 7-10 business days) WORLDWIDE. Canada : USPS Priority Mail (Typically 5-7 business days) for $24.99

    Express Shipping: Please email us if you require express shipping.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchase. Returns accepted within 14 days only if item (and Box/Accessory) is received back in the exact same condition. Customer must email with us prior to shipping back the item. In the event that we made an error we will cover shipping costs, otherwise a re-stocking fee of $9 will be applied. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Is there a restocking fee when I send the product back for a refund?

Due to the fact that we offer Free Shipping, there is a $9 restocking fee to reclaim our original costs to ship the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you originally opted for an express shipping option, the express shipping charges will not be refunded.

After I send my shoes back for a refund, how long does it take for you to process my refund?

We process all returns within 1-2 business days of receipt. Paypal returns the funds to it's original source of funding for the payment made (ex: back on your credit card). Please refer to the Paypal website to see additional refund info.
