STORE POLICIES
Payment: Payments or arrangements must be made within 7 days or item will be relisted. We prefer Pay Pal, but will also except money orders. If paying by money order please contact us so we know to look for it in the mail.
Shipping and Handling: We ship all packages via the US Postal Service unless posted differently. All packages are sent within one to two days from receiving payment.
Combined Shipping: We are always happy to combine shipping! Buyer MUST request a combined invoice before paying for any items. Drop us an email when you are finished shopping and we will send you an invoice showing your combine shipping rate. You must pay all items with one payment to receive your reduced shipping rate.
Sales Tax: If you live in the state of Texas 8.125% sales tax will be added to your invoice.
Return Policy: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the item/s are in new condition and in the original package and tags. We will refund you the cost of the item minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to us.
Exchanges: We will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase only if the item/s are in new condition and in the original package. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Defective Items: All defective items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Treats and Edibles: We will not accept any returns on any treat or edibles unless the item is defective.
Holiday / Seasonal Items: There will be no returns on holiday / seasonal items.
Canadian Residents: Canadian buyers are responsible for ALL custom fees, taxes, regulations, import duties and brokerage fees. We will not give a refund for any packages that are denied for custom fees, taxes, regulations, import duties and brokerage fees. All custom forms will be filled out with the exact purchase total. |
