All payments must be recieved within 5 days of auction closing.If you are bidding on multiple auctions & wish to pay all at once please let me know ahead so I can send you a combined invoice. All payments must clear our bank before we ship.We do ship 1 to 2 times per week, if you have paid after our ship day for that week your item or items will go out the following week. You will recieve a notice from us when we ship. Sorry but we do not ship outside the U.S. & we only ship to the lower 48 U.S. All items are sold as is.We do our best to point out any imperfections. However if you have any problems with your purchases,you must contact us via eBay e-mail within 24 hrs. of receiving & we will try to correct or help with the problem.

    Unless otherwise mentioned the majority of the fabrics we carry are 100% cotton. J & L's Fabric Attic is a smoke-free environment. We acquire our fabrics from different sources, some being manufacturer direct, some at shops, estate sales, auctions, etc.

We carry a wide variety of novelty fabric & are continuously adding both new & older hard to find or rare novelty fabrics. We acquire the fabrics from many different sources, both large & small. When dealing with older fabrics, it is a difficult job locating most of them, so one can't always say "I'll have to look for a larger or better piece". Sometimes that's all there is & probably ever will be. 

That being said, I must point out that as careful & particular as we try to be with acquiring the older fabrics, we do come across some with smoke-smell, attic dust,dog odor or slight imperfections from time to time, When this is the case & we notice it, the listing will point out the problem. When possible we fix the problem & then point it out  in the listing. We do not hide anything from our customers, we want you to feel like your dealing with a good friend. 

Some of these fabrics are pure treasures & to cast them aside over a tiny flaw is not ever a consideration in our book.
