Payment

JMAC Supply proudly accepts PayPal as the payment method for purchases made on our eBay Store. Please be advised that orders will only be shipped to the address verified as “CONFIRMED” by the PayPal Account.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of an orders delivery for items that are brand new and sealed in original manufacturer’s packaging (if any was present). If a return request does not fall under these parameters, your request may be denied or subject to a restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please contact JMAC Supply to request a Return Authorization number. Returns without a previously issued return authorization will not be accepted and shipment of such returns may be refused. JMAC Supply does not accept returns for consumable items which include but are not limited to: batteries, blank media, projectors, or projector lamps. Please contact JMAC Supply for any information regarding our return policy. Please note that the above does not apply to defective items. If you have received an item that is defective, or if you have a warranty claim on an item purchased from JMAC Supply, please contact us so that we may assist you.

Order Cancellation

Due to our steadfast commitment to speedy processing and prompt shipping, we cannot guarantee that any Order Cancellation request will be fulfilled. While we will do our best to honor such requests, once an order is in the shipping queue, we cannot stop it and any requests to cancel will be denied. In the event that this occurs, a Return Authorization must be requested in order to facilitate a return as per the terms of our return policy. Any shipping charges paid or shipping costs incurred by JMAC Supply are non-refundable.

Shipping

We do our best to provide outstanding service to all of our customers and we strive to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (or within the given timeframe if stated otherwise). If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within its stated timeframe we will notify you in order to coordinate the proper course of action. Shipments are sent primarily via UPS and USPS depending on the item, the delivery location and our shipping point. If for any reason you have a request for a particular carrier, you must contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that this request can be accommodated.

Insufficient Quantity Listed

If you require a larger quantity of a particular item than is currently listed on the marketplace, please contact us and we will be happy to adjust the listing or otherwise accommodate your request if at all possible.

Warranty

All items purchased from JMAC Supply are purchased directly from manufacturers or through qualified authorized distribution partners. As such, products will be covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty provided that the warranty claim is processed through JMAC Supply. Please note, the only warranty which may be available is that supplied by the manufacturer and no product warranty of any kind is made by JMAC Supply. Any expenses including shipping or manufacturer assessed diagnostic fees associated with a warranty claim are borne exclusively by the customer.
