You could say that Claudia Ciuti was destined to be in the footwear industry. Generations of her family before her worked in Italy's footwear industry and by age 19 Claudia had enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design in Florence. After learning the Italian tradition of crafting shoes with the best materials, Claudia traveled the world developing her ideas for her own shoe line. It was during that time that Claudia met her husband, Roberto Angiolucci, a veteran in the designer footwear industry. Together Claudia and Roberto launched the Claudia Ciuti line, placing Claudia's shoes in some of the finest boutiques in the world.
Since this time Claudia and Roberto have moved to New York City, where they have a permanent showroom on 57th Street. The influence of both Italy and New York City can be seen in Claudia's shoes. They exude quality and craftsmanship while remaining incredibly chic.
Today, Claudia Ciuti shoes can be found in her flagship store on Madison Avenue and in fine retailers across the country.
