Large 550 lb. item. I had to contact to confirm tracking. Luckily the day that there was a response the item arrived at Estes terminal. Had to provide phone number and right after that the trucking service texted that he delivery will be made the next day.
I would not expect most to have to do this with smaller items but being a generator it was handled by a trucking company.
Everything was as described. Would recommend especially since Jim & Slims is a subsidiary of a larger company.
