- Only Defective items can be returned with out any restocking fee. We need to be notified about the defective item with in 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer has to pay 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Shipping and Insurance charges are NOT refundable for these returns. You need to get Return authorization (RA) number if you need to return this item.
- The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards. We verify all the serial numbers to check if we have received the right item.
- All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted
