BUYER Facts-Please read before bidding.
MOST IMPORTANT is # 1.
1. To ask questions - if unsure of any aspect of the listing, color, style, purchase or policies stated AND to ensure you receive what you expect to receive. Please remove any spamming controls so you can receive our answer AND keep the eBay email address current so you will receive our answer.
2. To know what color you want. If you don't, order a color ring, or send a hair sample. (the color numbers are always given in the listing-- use the numbers codes not the wig color in the photo to determine the color you are purchasing- Due to the light effect (Daylight, fluorescent, or flash), the wig color may display different on different monitors. Use the color numbers when determining the actual color.
3. It's up to you to style or comb & care for the wig after you receive it (if you can't style it like the one in the photograph, take it to a beauty shop, stylist or friend that can help)
4. To find out if it will fit your head (measure your head & check wig size) The wigs we sell are size Average & will fit an average size head (21-23") unless the listing states differently. See wig sizing. WIG SIZING~How to Measure Your Head
5. You are responsible for your choice of style/color & how it looks on you--(try wigs on and get a style that suits you.)
Note: Unless you look exactly like the mannequin, the wig is going to look different on you than the mannequin in the photograph.
6. To PAY for the wig you won in auction or commit to buy within 7 days.
7. To leave comments in the Feedback forum when you receive your wig that are proper/appropriate and within the seller's control and responsible areas.
8. To read and understand the NO Return Policy and that NEW WIGS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, REFUNDED because you didn't like it after you received it or you chose a style OR color that doesn't compliment your appearance.
It is very difficult for experienced wig wearers to purchase wigs over the internet and I would not advise newer wig wearers to purchase this way.
Please DO NOT send emails criticizing us for YOUR choice of wig OR saying we misrepresented what we are selling-that is impossible since you will receive the exact style & color wig we photographed for the listing. If you can tell me how to photograph the wig for a better representation, please do; or if you can photograph it to show a better representation than the one in the listing, I would be most interested to see the photograph.
(these complaints come from inexperienced eBayers or wig wearers when the wig doesn't look the same on them as it does on the mannequin OR doesn't instantly transform them to look like the mannequin OR they do not really know color numbers & wig colors OR fail to realize that color displays differently on all color monitors) OR they cannot "style" it like the one in the photo OR they chose the wrong style for themself.)
We do not make the wigs. We only photograph them and list them. You will receive the EXACT style & color wig described in the listing & photographed & shown in the listing that you purchased. It is not our responsibility if the wig does not look the same on you as it does on the mannequin. Wigs are not returnable. It is against most state health codes and it is against JWI policy to accept returns. Threatening negative feedback will only get you reported to Ebay for violation of policy and possibly suspended. Threats, in any case, will not accomplish anything. Please take responsibility for YOUR choices.

SELLER's Responsibilities to the Buyer
1. That the buyer receives the style & color stated in the description and shown in photograph and shipped in a timely manner.
2. That the buyers or potential buyer's questions and emails are answered promptly.
3. That the buyer is provided customer service should any unforseen problems occur that are not already addressed in the Buyer Facts or our Return/Exchange Policy. Please read BEFORE EMAILING US.4. That the buyer is provided with all relevant forms & return codes from the manufacturer should you receive a wig with a factory flaw (this rarely occurs). 5. That positive feedback is left for the buyer. (The system is set up to automatically send positive feedback to you when positive feedback is sent to us).
It is not in the seller's control NOR is it the seller's responsibility whether the wig looks different on you than it does the mannequin in the photograph, or whether you like or dislike the color YOU chose or the style YOU chose (notice I emphasize YOU CHOSE, no one forced you to place the bid or purchase the wig - OR whether you can comb it like the one in the photo, OR how it looks on you; OR whether or not you will wear it, OR if it fits your head OR, the way the color looks on your monitor, OR, if (rarely, but can happen) you receive a wig with a factory flaw OR the how fast USPS delivers it to you (we can ensure that your package has either priority or express postage and is given to USPS fast & that you receive the tracking numbers-our system is set up to automatically send the buyer a tracking number and inform you that your package has shipped), but we have no control over USPS or how efficiently they will deliver it to you.
We cannot do anything about any of this with two EXCEPTIONS, 1. if you receive a wig with a factory flaw, we can and will help guide you through the process and forms required to return it to the manufacturer for an exchange. 2. Or if we make a mistake (rarely happens) and you are sent the wrong one. See Return/Exchange Policy
If you think we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong wig, please email us the style and color of wig that you received.
Please include the item number and your eBay user ID in all correspondence.
If the style and color is the same as the one stated in the listing, you probably have received the correct item. However, if you still think you have received the wrong item, send 2 photographs 1. of the wig you received and 2. of the tag attached to the wig (make sure the style and color are clearly readable). Shipping the incorrect item rarely occurs (only 2 times in the last year out of thousands shipped), but it can happen. ANY mistake WE make will be corrected immediately at our expense.
The wigs shown in the photographs are NOT professionally styled, nor are they professionally photographed They are randomly chosen from incoming inventory to photograph (one wig each style in the colors available)
The wig you receive is the same style as the photo but brand new and never opened; The only "styling" of the wig in preparation for the photograph consists of giving it a good shake and finger combing the hair into place; sometimes light teasing with a comb or wire wig brush (the exact ones we sell in our eBay store); sometimes using a wide tooth pick. No special lens, filters or lighting is used.
Nothing is done or used when taking the photograph or during the cropping and resizing the photograph to alter its appearance.
There is absolutely NO mispresentation of the wigs, styles, colors or photos.
