| A:We will accept returns for exchange, credit or refund within the first 7 days from the item’s received date and only with a pre approval RMA #. (Email us to request) Items must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less S&H. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:To be eligible for combined shipping, items must be purchased within a 5 day period and must be paid together. If you plan multiple purchases from us, (inside of 5 days time) wait till you have won desired auctions & then email us for a combined invoice with shipping discounts. |

| A:JBS Jewelry Connection ships via USPS First Class & Priority mail within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. Priority mail averages 3-5 business days. First class averages 4-7 business days. |
