My warranty states in every auction that I will repair or replace
the defective product.
Please send back the starter or alternator you purchased and I will do what is needed to make your unit perform properly and also enclose a money order in the amount of $15.00 to ship your starter back to you.

WARRANTY INFO:
JEBCO products, when properly installed, are warranted by JEBCO against
defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on original Sales
Receipt. When making a warranty claim "item" must be accompanied by original
sales receipt and is still the property of original purchaser. Warranty
cannot be transferred from original purchaser. This warranty extends to the
application under normal use and service and does not apply to rust,
deliberate abuse, submersions, broken drive gears or housings. Improper
installation, careless handling, tampering or dismantling of units makes
this warranty null and void. Any unit and or component of unit destroyed
because of unit overload, misuse or physical damage will be repaired or
replaced at purchasers expense unless otherwise approved by JEBCO. Products
used in INDUSTRIAL, MARINE and SPECIALTY HIGH PERFORMANCE applications are
warranted for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified on sales
receipt. This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other obligations or
liabilities and JEBCO neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or
firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its
products or merchandise.
JEBCO makes every effort to ensure that we have a full selection and plenty of stock of the products and services our customers need. Occasionally, however, a product you have selected may be discontinued and no longer available from a manufacturer. Should this occur, our Customer Service department will substitute with same quality parts, appearences may differ.All parts and units are aftermarket unless otherwise specified.
Refund & Return Policy:
We Offer a 10 day no hassle return policy on all parts purchased as long as the unit has never been installed and is returned in its original box. We will gladly repair, replace or exchange an item if there is a mistake when the unit was ordered. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units
only.
I do not offer a cash refund on any electrical item purchased under any
circumstances. Warranty work can sometime take up to 14 days.
