Despite several efforts to obtain a return shipping label from the Seller for a missing item that was meant to be a pair but arrived with only one, the Seller ignored my return request and refused to discuss a partial credit. The Seller simply does not prioritize the buyer's concerns. eBay had to step in and assist with the matter, ultimately ruling in my favor. It is unfortunate that the Seller did not adhere to its own 30-day return policy, particularly when the fault lies not with the buyer.

We have sold these for years and have never seen only one stocking cap come in a pack. There are always two. The buyer insisted on returning the item which is hardly worth the time, cost, and effort for a $6 dollar item when shipping costs are so high. We could have done a partial refund, but apparently that is not good enough for some people. You got your full refund so just suck it up buttercup.
