This is for JK Audio Pro, not the item I bought from them. The item was a bit damaged and functionally defective. I notified Joe at JK and he responded quickly with solutions. I was unwilling to replace with the same brand, and since Joe didn't carry the brands I would prefer, he immediately refunded my purchase and requested a shipping return label from the manufacturer. JK Audio is an honest business with excellent customer service. Recommended!

One issue was that the toner lift arm was not working on turntable. That should have been inspected before it was shipped when using 100% working in your description.  All else was shipped and included.
