This was my first and LAST Loungefly purchase on eBay. The bag came unstuffed, the straps were NOT intact as pictured, and the packaging was a mere Disney store bag. I emailed them to let them know my dissatisfaction and they threw out a laughable $10 refund and said I should be nice. Were they nice shipping a bag like that? Beware, this seller has no integrity. I will never recommend this seller to any collector.

Buyer did not ask us if a return was possible and sent us a message with rude insults and said "not to bother with the excuses because we will not get a positive rating." Despite this message, we explained that the stuffing is removed from bags to keep shipping costs down. The bag that backpack was wrapped in was a Disney Parks bag because this is a Disney Parks item. We also issued a $10 refund without the buyer asking and suggested they try asking nicely. Our feedback speaks for itself.
