The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, I needed to return it and I got a very curt and rude note from the buyer. The tone of the message was abrupt and the seller refused to issue a refund upon receipt of the wallpaper return. That is fine with me, but it was lousy customer service.

Buyer knew my policy was no returns, she took it upon herself to navigate around that to suit herself,once you buy it,it belongs to you,telling a seller you are returning it without even asking first,is rude.How I responded was not,you gave me as much respect as I gave you.You are asking me to refund all of it,as a seller I am buying that back from you,it doesn't matter if it's never been opened,there is still costs involved and you assumed for more.You are not being reasonable!
