 | A: The majority of items ship via UPS ground - a few may also ship via FedEx.
The digital scanner will ship via UPS or USPS.
Larger orders may ship via Freight Truck. |

 | A: Items are individually boxed so cannot be combined in one box however
eBay's calculater should apply a discount with multiple items. |
 | Q: How will I know if my item has shipped? |

 | A: I received my shipping report the day after your item has left the warehouse and will
email you with the tracking number so you will know exactly when it will arrive. Please make
sure your email is updated with current info so you can receive my email. |
 | Q: What happens if my item is backordered? |

 | A: We do our best to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship. However, on occasion
sometimes products are backordered or if going to be discontinued they may sell out before we
can take down the listing. In the rare event that your item is temporarily out of stock you
will be notified and given a choice of waiting or a full refund. |

contact me for a Return authorization number. The item must be returned in original box
with all packing materials. Refunds are processed once the item is received in our warehouse.

We will send out replacement parts. If the entire item needs replaced, please keep the
original box and packing material so we can have it picked up and replaced. |
