Payment Policy
Please note, we only accept PayPal at our JTVonline eBay store. **Outside of our eBay store**, we offer many different payment options on JTV.com and on our TV Shopping Channel. Take advantage of BillMeLater® , PayPal, or apply for the JTV Preferred Account private label credit card. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as debit cards. Please note, we are required by law to collect sales tax for sales to customers in Tennessee (TN) and Colorado (CO).

A Note About "Best Offers" and "Buy It Now" (BIN) Pricing
JTVonline will accept “Best Offers” on some merchandise. Please understand, all offers are auto-accepted or auto-declined by eBay settings, based on your offer price. No human sees or responds to these offers. If your offer is declined, it simply means that the offer wasn’t high enough to cover our item cost and related expenses. As a reminder, eBay will allow buyers to make a maximum of three (3) offers on an item. If the third offer is declined, eBay will not allow you to make additional offers for 30 days. Additionally, Jewelry Television enjoys buying power that most eBay sellers do not, so we are able to pass our savings on to you. That means that our listed eBay BIN prices on comparable items will usually be less than those of other eBay sellers.
Shipping Information
**CHRISTMAS 2012** Plan ahead!! You should expect that UPS Ground Shipping could very likely take an extra day or three this time of year. We make no guarantees from today forward that your purchase will arrive before Christmas if shipped via UPS Ground. Friday, December 14th, is likely the last day to order with a reasonable expectation that UPS Ground will arrive by 12/25/2012.

UPS and USPS do not pick up on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to ten (10) days total to receive your order if you used our UPS Ground FREE shipping option.

Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please keep in mind, however, that APO/FPO shipments are done through the US Post

Combined Shipping: On items that are sold with a shipping charge, we do try to combine shipping as much as possible, which saves money for both our customers and ourselves, if each item is paid for on the same date. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee combined shipping if the orders and payments come in far apart, even on the same day. Orders that are paid for on separate days will probably NOT be combined.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax).

Most Canadian shipments require a brokerage fee (sometimes called a “disbursement fee” or a “bond fee”) charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
The “typical” brokerage fee for UPS Air shipments is $10 (Canadian) for most shipments, but is subject to change based on characteristics of the shipment. If we ship via UPS, we ship using an Air shipment (versus a ground shipment) because the brokerage fees to you are significantly less.

Expedited Shipping
We also offer UPS Next Day Air Saver (on USA / domestic orders only). Orders received by NOON Eastern Time will be picked up by UPS that day and delivered the next business day. Orders received after NOON Eastern Time will be picked up by UPS the next business day. Example: An order that we receive at 10pm EST on 4/22/11 will be processed the morning of 4/23/11, picked up by UPS, and delivered via Next Day Air Saver on 4/24/11 (assuming all are business days). Please note,

Return Policy
We at Jewelry Television® want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns up to 40 days after the order date (not the receipt date) for items purchased from JTVonline. If you are not completely satisfied, just send it back to us in its “as shipped” condition within 40 days of the order date. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment only. ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND.
We provide FREE return shipping on most items. Exceptions are: - Auction Items;
- Items shipped outside the USA;
- Some very low-priced items (see the product details page).
If your purchase was a NON-AUCTION item, and you are a U.S. customer: Please use the GREEN, PREPAID UPS RETURNS LABEL that was included with your purchase. Not utilizing this label WILL result in a delay in your refund.

Though usually much faster, it may take up to 14 business days after our receipt of your return at JTV’s Returns Department for JTV to complete the processing of your return and credit.
Note: Jewelry that has been sized or otherwise altered cannot be returned. We follow standard Book, CD and DVD return policies. Books, CDs and DVDs are nonreturnable if the cellophane is opened. Shipping and handling fees are not part of the purchase price and are NON-refundable.
