Orders normally mailed
within 1 business day of payment, apart from vacations etc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
are sent by Royal
Mail, Small Packet Air Mail.
Delivery usually takes around 5-10 WORKING days.
UK ORDERS
are sent by 1st Class Mail. Delivery within 1 - 2
WORKING days is usual.
However,
I am sure you will understand I cannot guarantee the
efficiency of the Postal Services.
Larger parcels, Christmas & holiday period
deliveries, adverse weather, etc, may take longer.
Orders received from midday
(UK time) Fridays
through Sundays will normally be mailed on Mondays.
Currently US Homeland Security has decreed that mail may no longer be sent by
Passenger plane.
These regulations are causing some delay in a small number of cases.
TRACKING:
Please note
that , if required, this is available AT EXTRA COST.
Unless specifically requested at the time of ordering, no Tracking
will be in place.
We regret that we have to ask that the extra cost of tracking be paid for by the
buyer before dispatch.
Both International Signed For & UK Domestic Signed For require a signature at
the time of delivery by the Post Office.
INSURANCE:
ALL ITEMS ARE SENT INSURED, FREE OF CHARGE TO THE BUYER.
NOTE: Insurers require 30 Working
Days to elapse before authorising payment for loss in transit.
