Return Policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction! If your not 100% happy with your purchase, please email sales@JVBargains.com for assistance.
*If we approve a return, any item returned that is not in NEW in 100% sellable condition will be subject to a 30% restocking fee associated with the order. Other returns that are due to the buyer not properly reading the listing or thinking an item is defective when it is not, will result in a return fee of 5% of the item price to account for the fees associated with the order. Note: Original or return shipping and handling is not refundable. Item must be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

We offer all buyers the chance to save on shipping. Once you win all the items your interested in buying, wait until you receive an email for all items and then checkout to get a combined rate. In order to receive a combined total, you need to pay for all the items in one invoice. We can not issue S&H refunds for multiple orders because you did not wait to combine your total.
Insurance:
Insurance is highly recommended and cost $1.50 for US orders and $2.50 for all International orders. If insurance is not selected at checkout, and a problem occurs with the delivery of your package, unfortunately we will not be liable for your package.
Shipping:
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday after receiving your cleared payment.
All US and International orders ship via the USPS. On average, US delivery will take between 2-5+ business days and International delivery may take 7+ days depending on customs in your country.
Note: We can not mark any international package as a "gift".
Order cancellations:
To avoid negative feedback and a unpaid item strike, you have the option of paying a fee of $4.00 for all the fees associated with your order. Payment to be made via PayPal.
