| A:Absolutely! Gross overcharges made automatically by the store will be refunded during the shipping process, or request an invoice before payment for accurate shipping. Please note, combined shipping does not mean discounted shipping, it just means you will not be charged more than the actual shipping cost for your total order. |
| Q:Will you ship the package to me marked "gift" or put on the customs form that the items I bought cost less than they really did? |

| A:This is a tricky topic, but the short answer is no. Ebay has made it abundantly clear that both the USPS and the postal service in your country seriously frown upon this practice AND both the seller (me) and the buyer (you) could be fined for doing this. Let's keep it all legal and above board, and enjoy the low prices I am able to offer :) |

| A:Absolutely. The only reason I wouldn't is if your country prohibits it! Please remember that you are responsible for any customs or duty imposed by your country when you receive the package. |

| Q:Are your items new? Seconds? |

| A:All the items are brand new, in a box or plastic as provided by the manufacturer. They are not seconds or off-quality. |
| Q:Why do you charge a flat rate for shipping in the US, instead of calculated rate? |

| A:Because some items are so heavy that there shipping would be quite costly, so I 'subsidize' the shipping cost. In other words, you don't pay full price for shipping those items, I pay part of it. If you would like to pay full price for shipping on those items, just let me know! :) |
| Q:Why do you take so long to leave feedback? |

| A:Well, I like to leave feedback that is specific to the transaction. Communicating with my customers and shipping orders quickly takes priority over everything! Thanks for your patience. P.S.
