Note on Negative Feedback:

Generally, we are a friendly lot of people trying to share beauty but apparently some people dont appreciate our efforts in providing extra service and resolving insurance issues. Some people just threaten to leave negative feedback when they had some "broken" items and demand immediate full refund. Unfortunately, it is not the way to resolve things properly. Firstly, such people should let us know immediately, not after a week or a month of the incident and must submit photos for verification (some people dont backup their claims and just demand their money back). We are not such whether they want to scam us or not or whether they are for real or not. Some either acted to stop communicating which leaves us nowhere and hanging, then suddenly will leave a negative feedback. To help protect ourselves, we have outlined our basic policies regarding such incidents below, if you dont agree to them, nor cooperate in such cases, please dont bid. We dont send broken items and if you are not willing to risk a little or trust us, then you might as well refrain from bidding and complaining later.

Another case was that we were accused of scamming but everything is well-written and computations for combined shipping is always explained, we have this simple formula to simplicate the quoting since we get many inqiuries and emails everyday, if you are not amenable to our rules, policies, philosophy of us trying bring and share quality and premium items, then, please dont bid and bother and waste our time here. Either you agree or not, if you try to impose you own rules with a little of flavor or arrogance and untactfulness, you will get the same wrath. Please respect our rules.

Other than such cases, please expect our service to be delivered as expected, sometimes, with a little add-ons as appreciation for your support and patronage, our loyal customers know true value and service.
