I'm sorry about some missunderstood that happen in the past.
WHAT?
Recently few customer missunderstood or missinterpret the shipping cost of certain of our products.
WHY?
The way Ebay work for shipping cost impose every seller a maximum domestic shipping rate to USA depending on which category your item is part of. The problem is eBay USA users are not all American who live in USA. If you take the price shown as domestic shpping to USA, then like us who live in Japan, its not enought to cover our Airmail shipping fee to USA (cheapest and fastest shipping way), but we unfortunetly can't increase it because if we don't respect limitation we can't list our products.
Where the missunderstood or missinterpretation come is when buyer buy products and are surprise when they receive invoice because shipping cost is more then what they saw as domestic shipping fee (in eBay built-in section) to USA.
How to avoid the problem?
We would ask customers to confirm the shipping cost of all products from their respective descriptions rather then eBay shipping section of the listing.
